Request and challenge
A resident in Japan had recently moved into an apartment in Tokyo and wanted monthly parking at the building. Availability alone would not determine whether a space was suitable: their vehicle also needed to fit the facility’s dimension and weight limits. Before deciding whether to proceed, they wanted those restrictions confirmed together with the monthly cost and application process. The goal was to understand the whole parking option, rather than commit based only on a vacancy.
What we did
CallButler contacted the management company and checked whether parking was available. The inquiry also covered the maximum vehicle dimensions and weight, the tax-inclusive monthly fee and the application procedure. The team established that an application could be made by phone and returned the information together. This put the physical restrictions, ongoing cost and next administrative step in one clear account for the resident.
Outcome
The resident received a clear picture of the building’s parking option. They could compare the vehicle limits with their own requirements, consider the monthly cost and understand how to apply if they chose to proceed. A broad question about parking had been turned into practical information for a decision.
