Request and challenge
A visitor wanted to include a shabu-shabu dinner at Adimori, a kurobuta restaurant in Kagoshima’s Tenmonkan district, in their trip. They wanted to choose the course before committing to the reservation, but first needed to understand the available meals and how their prices differed. The selection mattered as much as the table: they wanted a booking that reflected the meal they had chosen, at the dinner time they intended to visit.
What we did
CallButler obtained five course options from Adimori and relayed the choices and prices, including the note that service charge was separate. This gave the visitor the information to make their own selection. Once they chose a course, the team arranged the reservation around that choice. A final exchange checked the dinner time, bringing the menu decision and table booking together in the confirmation.
Outcome
The visitor’s chosen course was reserved for the confirmed dinner time. They had been able to consider the restaurant’s options before committing, and the reservation reflected the choice they had made. The meal was now an arranged part of their Kagoshima plans, with the course and timing settled in advance.
