01 / The path in

How to join.

Complete the application form and our CallButler admin team will get back to you after review. We carefully vet every Butler.

    Show us where you can help.

    Share your experience, languages, skills, operating locations, and availability.

  2. 02

    We review your application.

    Our admin team screens each profile and gets back to you once your application passes screening.

  3. 03

    Get approved to take on work.

    Approved Butlers can access the job board and choose requests that fit their expertise.

A referral from an approved Butler may help your application receive a faster review. Every applicant is still screened, and approval is not guaranteed.

02 / Revenue share

We share revenue with you.

Each paid task has a clear revenue split: 70% to you and 30% to CallButler.

When you are paid Submit a completion note and proof. Completion-based payouts follow client or admin approval of delivery; Stripe revenue is shared when the client pays.

03 / Rules of engagement

    We were served. Now we're of service.

    Always be helpful to your client. We have all been served by others; now return the favor with thoughtful, professional support.

  2. 02

    Get the job done.

    Only accept jobs you can complete. Cancelling after accepting may affect your reputation.

  3. 03

    Be polite.

    Put on your Butler mantle and offer professional support to every client.

  4. 04

    If there is an issue, contact the admin or case handler immediately.

    Blocked access, unclear scope, delays, payment questions, and safety concerns are escalated at once.

  5. 05

    If you see something illegal, report it to the case handler.

    Do not improvise around legal or safety risk. Document what happened and escalate.

  6. 06

    Always add a note and proof when marking a ticket complete.

    Completion without notes, receipts, photos, or other proof will be sent back for review.

  7. 07

    Complete the work and close the loop.

    Submit proof for client or admin review. Completion-based payouts follow approval; Stripe revenue is shared when the client pays.
