All users registered before the membership launch receive a complimentary transition year. Existing credits stay intact; the transition year adds no credits. After it ends, renew or maintain an active monthly plan.

CallButler.me is an on-demand assistant service available to everyone. Unlike traditional concierge services reserved for credit card holders or hotel guests, we offer personalized assistance to anyone who needs it, anywhere.

Call Butler assists with making phone calls, booking reservations, handling inquiries, and helping with everyday tasks that require communication in a foreign language. Whether you need help booking a restaurant, making an appointment, or asking about a service, we've got you covered.

You can contact your Butler in any way you like. Whether it's chatting or calling us via our Line Official, our Facebook or Instagram page. If you prefer more traditional methods, you can call or send us an email.

Ideally, we would assign the same Butler to you every time you contact us. However, if you wish to change your Butler, you can always request a specific Butler or ask for a new Butler to handle your case.

Currently, purchased credits are non-refundable. However, they do not expire, so you can use them whenever you need assistance.

Review the estimate shown for your request before approving it. The credit amount depends on the task. Subscription credits are used before top-up credits, starting with the earliest expiry.

Credits can be used for a wide range of services, from booking reservations to personal shopping and more. If you have a request, just let us know, and we'll handle the rest.

Credits bought as a one-time top-up do not expire. Subscription credits expire 60 days after each grant; your balance shows the next expiry.
