WHAT IS CALLBUTLER.ME?
CallButler.me is an on-demand assistant service available to everyone. Unlike traditional concierge services reserved for credit card holders or hotel guests, we offer personalized assistance to anyone who needs it, anywhere.
HOW DO I CONTACT MY BUTLER?
You can contact your Butler in any way you like. Whether it's chatting or calling us via our Line Official, our Facebook or Instagram page, or if you prefer more traditional methods, you can call or send an email to us.
WILL I ALWAYS GET TO TALK TO THE SAME BUTLER?
Ideally, we would assign the same Butler to you every time you contact us. However, if you wish to change your Butler, you can always request a specific Butler or ask for a new Butler to handle your case.

BUYING CREDITS

HOW DO I BUY CREDITS?
You can purchase credits through our webpage. Once you are logged in, navigate to the 'Credits' section on the navigation bar, select the amount you wish to buy, and complete the payment process.
HOW MANY CREDIT PACKAGES ARE THERE?
We offer various credit packages, S, M, and L, tailored to fit different needs and budgets. More details about each package can be found on the Top-Up page.

USING CREDITS

HOW ARE CREDITS DEDUCTED?
Credits are automatically deducted from your account once a request has been successfully completed. The number of credits deducted depends on the nature and complexity of the service provided.
WHAT CAN I USE MY CREDITS FOR?
Credits can be used for a wide range of services, from booking reservations to personal shopping and more. If you have a request, just let us know, and we'll handle the rest.
IS THERE EXPIRATION DATE FOR THE CREDIT THAT I HAVE?
There is no expiration date for the credits that you have.
