## Service Overview

CallButler is a human-powered concierge service that acts on behalf of non-Japanese and non-Thai speaking users. Users submit requests via the web app or mobile app; a multilingual operator handles all phone calls and follow-up communication in Japanese or Thai, then reports back with results.

The service is designed for people who:
- Cannot speak Japanese or Thai
- Need reliable, fast assistance with local tasks
- Want a trusted intermediary for sensitive matters (banks, government, medical)

## Task Categories

### Reservations and Inquiries (2 credits / task)

### Complex Support (6 credits / task)

- Banks: account inquiries, transfers, card issues

- Deep research: multi-source fact-finding, comparison reports

### Live Interpretation (2 credits / 10 minutes)
- Real-time over-the-phone interpretation
- User calls CallButler; operator joins the call and interprets
- Available during business hours

### Utilities and Moving
- Electricity, gas, water, internet setup or restoration
- Moving company quotes and scheduling
- Address change notifications to service providers
